ItemPainting can be done by brushing, dipping, or spraying. When painting, the capsule should be kept in an open state so that the release agent can evenly cover the surface of the capsule. After painting, it can be dried at room temperature for no less than 6 hours, or heated in a mold environment above 65 ºC for more than 20 minutes. The higher the temperature, the shorter the required temperature modeling time. After the pre coating is completed and before the formal vulcanization begins, it is recommended to apply the release agent again and allow the capsule to shrink/expand 2-3 times to fully cover the surface of the capsule with the release agent.Maintenance after useApply the isolation agent according to the actual situation and allow the capsule to shrink/expand 2-3 times. After the surface moisture of the capsule evaporates, proceed with mold vulcanization. For the first three uses of the new bag, it is recommended to apply a layer of isolation agent each time. In subsequent use, only 1-2 coats of isolation agent are required per shift, and the number of coats should be increased appropriately depending on the aging of the capsules.By following the above steps and precautions, capsule isolation agents can be effectively used to extend the lifespan of capsules and improve work efficiency. Choosing the appropriate isolation agent, the correct coating method, and the appropriate drying time are all key factors in ensuring the isolation effectThis product is packaged in a clean plastic bucket with an exhaust valve. It should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place with a temperature not lower than 5 degrees Celsius and not higher than 40 degrees Celsius
